Why is my pet door taking so long to be shipped?
There are plenty of reasons why an order may be taking a long time to reach you, including supply issues or delivery delays. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we are most likely still making or packaging your order. If it has already left our warehouse, then our delivery service may be experiencing shipping delays due to weather and other outside factors.
