SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE 

Domestic Shipping

We aim to ship nearly all non-customer orders within 24-48 business hours. Should we be out of stock, we will inform you of any expected delays beyond 5 working days via email or phone. For urgent needs, we encourage contacting our customer service via chat, email, or phone during our business hours to discuss expedited delivery options. Please note, specific shipping or arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

International customers are liable for all import fees, duties, and taxes. The recipient bears the cost of return shipping for international orders. Due to banking regulations, returns must be sent back to LibertyPetDoor.com within 100 days of the order date. Please reach out to us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return address.

Return and Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're eligible to request a refund within 90 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at (800) 826-2871 or via email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. The RMA number is crucial for accurately processing your return. We request that you use the original packaging for returns and ensure the item is in its original, sellable condition. Returns are processed on Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays, and are typically completed by the next processing day after we receive the return.

For orders shipped internationally, return shipping costs fall on the recipient. All returns must reach LibertyPetDoor.com within 100 days from the order date. Please contact us for an RMA number and the return shipping address.

Restocking Fees and Condition of Returns

  • Returns within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns within 60 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns after 90 days are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
  • Returns are not accepted after 365 days.

Items returned missing parts, with attached weather-strip, scratched flaps, etc., may be refused or have their refund amount reduced for refurbishment costs. Refurbishment may delay your refund.

Custom-built items or products showing signs of installation or pet use are not eligible for return. If Liberty Pet Door® Pet Doors originally shipped the product to you without charging for shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Before returning a pet door due to installation issues, we encourage contacting us for assistance. We offer various tips, tricks, and techniques to resolve any installation challenges you might face.

Warranty Information

Liberty Pet Door® products come with a 3-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under regular use. Our products are 100% designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA, handcrafted for quality in San Luis Obispo, California.

Should you encounter any defects, we will replace the faulty parts at no charge. This includes issues like incorrect flap sizes, bent or dented frames, or improperly fitted parts.

Customers outside the continental United States are responsible for shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties and taxes, for warranty-covered replacements or services.

3 Year Limited Warranty

Liberty Pet Door® pet doors are also covered by a 3-year warranty against normal wear and tear and manufacturing defects. However, damage due to improper use, installation errors, or chewing is not covered.
